Driving Directions - Sundowner Ii Condominiums
From DEN 106SW
Take I-70 west to exit 203, the Breckenridge and Frisco exit. You will be heading South on Highway 9 approximately 9.9 miles from Frisco to Breckenridge. Once in Breckenridge before the round-a-bout turn right on Park Avenue. Continue on Park Avenue though the traffic light at Airport Road and again though the traffic light at Ski Hill Road. Past Ski Hill Road on the right hand side of the road is Four O Clock Road. Turn right on to Four O Clock Road. The Sundowner II Complex is the third complex on the left. 100 percent of total amount to be forfeited if cancelled within 45 days of arrival.
