The Aspen Meadows Resort is a one-of-a-kind destination located on 40 acres in a park-like setting with spectacular views of the surrounding mountain peaks. This Aspen, Colo., resort is only a five-minute shuttle ride away from downtown Aspen.
The hotel's restaurant, Plato's, offers views of Aspen Mountain, Aspen Highlands and Buttermilk Mountain.
