For a cancellation with refund, we must be informed at least 72 hours prior to the date of reservation. For guests who have more than 1 room, there is no refund. No refund for Peak Season bookings. We allow certain pets with a 10.00 Pet Fee. 2.00 per night Tahoe Night Tax.
