1849 Condos has a recreation area with multiple hot tubs, an outdoor heated swimming pool, saunas, ping-pong table and lounge with a big screen TV. Reserve the lounge for your family function, at no additional charge to you. The 1849 Condos property has plenty of area for playing, as well as a private sledding hill. We invite you to relax by a roaring fire or unwind in one of our hot tubs.
Check-in time is after 3pm on the day of arrival. Please check-in at the front desk. Please note that rooms are not guaranteed to be available right away at 3pm. There may be times when access to your unit is unavoidably delayed due to cleaning and/or maintenance issues. Please have a drivers license available upon check-in. Person checking in must be 21 years of age.

State Route 203 turns into Main Street. 4. Turn right at the 3rd stoplight onto Canyon Blvd. 5. Take the second left onto Lakeview Blvd. 6. Go to the top of the hill and you will see the 1849 Condos sign on the right side of the road. 1849 Condos is the last condo complex on Lakeview Blvd. If you reach the mountain, you have gone too far. 7.
