Over all, it was an outstanding hotel. The staff were quite pleasant, and the vallet service was excellent.

The location was accessible to almost everywhere you want to go. You didn't need to rent a car.The lobby was just as beautiful as shown in the pictures.

The bathtub was disturbed the whole stay.

The room was clean and the front desk had good service. The hotel itself was very beautiful.It is right across the street from a bus station and a metro station, and the hotel staff was helpful in providing information about using these.

Rooms on Wilshire street side was very noisy. Loud trucks were heard all night long.
