The entrance and reception area make a great first impression with fresh flowers displayed. The staff were top notch. Check in was effortless as was check out. The concierge was very professional and helpful as we needed some recommendations for dinner and directions. The hotel was located a couple of blocks away from the DRE building in Los Angeles (I was in town for my broker exam). Not to mention there is a whole lot of culture in the immediate area. The Walt Disney Concert Hall and MOMA are around the corner and across the street. Also, I would recommend taking a ride on Angels Flight which is less than half a block away.
