Located east of Palm Springs, Calif., the Mediterranean-style Miramonte Resort and Spa captures the essence of California with its setting on 11 acres of fragrant citrus trees, rose gardens and olive groves. The resort is located across the road from the public 36-hole Golf Resort at Indian Wells and is five miles from Palm Desert's El Paseo shopping district. Less than two miles away, the Indian Wells Tennis Garden features 38 grass, clay and hard courts, plus a 16,000-seat stadium.
Hotel Features. Dedicated to guests' health and well-being, The Well Spa offers two-room cabanas, misting systems, basin sinks and mosaic-tile showers. Treatments include restorative massage therapies, body wraps, facials and beauty services. Expert Tip. The Well Spa, located at the resort, features the Pittura Festa Painting Party for adults and children. Colorful mud and clay earth paints are brushed onto the body, face and hair.
