Hotel Features. Dining options at The Beverly Hilton include Trader Vic's, the tropics-inspired restaurant, renowned for its potent, fruity cocktails, Polynesian menu and hula dancers. Circa55 offers an American menu with a sprinkle of California flair and is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, with a poolside bar and live entertainment on weekend evenings. For additional dining options, the hotel offers a complimentary car service to restaurants located within three miles. The business-friendly Beverly Hilton features 60,000 square feet of elegant function space that includes indoor and open air facilities and the International Ballroom, which has been host to the annual Golden Globe Awards ceremony.
