Location.  The All-Inclusive Deluxe Hotel Pineta Park is located in Marmaris, Turkey, within 150 metres of the beach, three kilometres from the centre of town and 40 kilometres from the city of Rhodes.
Hotel Features.  The Deluxe Hotel Pineta Park is a modern six-storey property set around a pool and sun terrace. Amenities include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a children's pool, fitness suite and health club with sauna, spa tub and steam room, hair salon, and massage and beauty services. Conference rooms with high-speed Internet and business services are available. Currency exchange is located at the 24-hour front desk and multilingual staff are able to assist with travel and tourist arrangements. Porters are on hand to transfer luggage and complimentary parking is available.

Buffet dining, featuring international cuisine, is offered at the Millenium Restaurant, which has indoor and outdoor seating. Show cooking can be seen during the evening. The Emporium Restaurant serves Italian dishes in a casual yet stylish atmosphere. Five bars and cafes, including one at the poolside, offer drinks and light dining throughout the day. Room service is provided during restaurant opening hours.

Onsite recreation includes tennis, volleyball, basketball and aerobics. Water sports such as snorkelling, boating, parasailing and game fishing can be arranged on the beach. Ariel sightseeing excursions are available nearby and bicycles and scooters can be hired in the vicinity. The Mini Club provides supervised entertainment and activities for children aged 4 to 12.

Guestrooms.  The 230 air-conditioned guestrooms have balconies with pool, mountain or neighbourhood views. Decor is simple, with coffee and cream tones. All rooms are equipped with sofabeds, televisions, telephones, safes and minibars. Bathrooms have telephones, combined showers and baths, and hair dryers. Complimentary toiletries are provided. Wheelchair accessible rooms and in-room childcare services are available on request.

Food and beverages:  Buffet breakfast lunch and dinner, snacks 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the Sundowner Coffee and Cake service and 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. in the Gallerie, vegetarian menus, local drinks, local alcohol 10 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. in the Sundowner, Club House and Gallerie Bars.
Activities and equipment:  Water polo, diving introduction, daily and evening animation programmes, classes and instruction. Access to fitness centre 2 p.m. to 5 p.m., sauna and Turkish bath 11 a.m. to noon and 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
Children's activities:  Mini club for children aged 4 to 12.  
Entertainment and nightlife:  Daily and evening shows.
