Location.  The Sami Beach Hotel is located in the beach resort of Gumbet, Turkey, five kilometres from Bodrum town centre with its 15th-century castle and Museum of Underwater Archaeology.
Hotel Features.  Situated on a beach and surrounded by gardens and palm trees, Sami Beach Hotel is made up of several traditional Turkish-style buildings adorned with trailing plants. There is an outdoor swimming pool with sun terrace and complimentary sun loungers, and a separate swimming pool for children. The hotel offers a traditional Turkish bath and massages. From Bodrum Airport (BJV):
Distance to Sami Beach Hotel is 40 kilometres, approximately 45 minutes' drive.

Getting there. A HAVAS shuttle bus operates between the airport and the bus station in Bodrum town centre, five kilometres from Gumbet. Taxis wait outside the terminal and cost approximately 25 TRY to the city centre. The hotel offers airport transfers for a surcharge. Prices are all subject to change.

Getting around. Gumbet is small and easily explored on foot. Bicycles and scooters are available for hire in most resorts. Minibuses run to most local beaches and resorts. A car is useful for travelling further afield.
