Location.The Grand Zaman Hotel is located on the Mediterranean coast in Alanya, Turkey, 20 metres from Cleopatra Beach and within one kilometre of the centre of Alanya and the entrance to the old town.
Hotel Features.This six-storey, beachfront property features three bars - including a poolside bar, an outdoor swimming pool, a fitness centre with a sauna and Turkish bath (hammam), a hair salon and a games area. Car hire is available and complimentary parking is provided onsite.
The Grand Zaman offers half-board accommodation with a buffet breakfast and dinner. The main restaurant serves modern Turkish and French cuisine, with vegetarian options and a children's menu. Drinks and snacks are also available at the à la carte restaurant and bars. A variety of live entertainment is offered three times a week.
The hotel has a conference room, with seating for up to 100, with complimentary Internet connections.

Expert Tip.The 13th-century Seljuk Fortress is located in the old town area, which sits on a rocky premonitory jutting over the sea. At the centre of the fortress, there is a small 10th-century Byzantine Church. The road out to the castle is steep in places and can be busy, so take care when walking.
