Expert Tip. Chalong Temple, located eight kilometers from the resort, is dominated by the Grand Pagoda in which wall paintings depict the life of Buddha. The temple also houses a variety of gilt statuary, porcelain and Thai furnishings. The colorful temple is designed in a traditional Thai style with a layered red steeply- pitched roof. Visiting hours are from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Renovation Notice:
