The Hilton Phuket Arcadia is a four-storey spa resort set in 75 acres of lush tropical gardens next to Karon Beach, eight kilometres from the Siam Elephant Safari Camp. The 685 guestrooms all extend to balconies with mountain or sea views and have polished hardwood floors and traditional Thai-style decor with a modern twist. Driving Directions - Hilton Phuket Arcadia Resort & Spa
A bus service runs from the airport to the resort (approximately 1,500 THB). There are no licensed taxis in Phuket. Small shared buses known as 'Songtaew' can be flagged down but do not operate along fixed routes. Car and motorcycle rentals are recommended.
Driving directions: From the airport, take route 402 to Two Heroines Monument, continue on 4022, which turns into 4021. Go straight on towards Chalong Temple, then take route 4028 (to Kata/Karon Beach) and pass Thavorn Palm Beach. The hotel is on the left.
