Location. Nestled in the midst of lush gardens with coconut trees and tropical flora, Railay Bay Resort and Spa Krabi Thailand is located on the pristine white sands of Railay Bay. Phra Nang Cave Beach is one-half kilometer (0.3 mile), Krabi Town is 15 kilometers (9.3 miles) and the airport is 27 kilometers (16.8 miles) from the resort.
Hotel Features. Railay Bay Resort and Spa Krabi Thailand is surrounded by towering cliffs and lush forests. Guests can relax on a white-sand beach with clear water, exotic tropical fish and coral reefs. The resort offers an outdoor swimming pool, daily sightseeing tours, laundry services, a first-aid clinic, an Internet café and a sundries shop. Guests can dine on Thai and international fare, with views of the beach, in the restaurant, and sip a cocktail and watch the sun set from the bar. Resort staff can arrange activities including Scuba diving, sea or mangrove Kayaking, visiting caves and hidden bays and lagoons. Traditional power and phone lines are unavailable, but Railay Bay Resort offers generators for power and a satellite dish, allowing guests to use phone and fax facilities.
Guestrooms. The resort's 130 guestrooms come with views of the beach or gardens, air conditioning, coffee/tea makers, cable/satellite TV, telephones, in-room safes, complimentary bathrobes and marble bathrooms with tub and shower.
Expert Tip. The cliffs around Railay Beach are considered one of the top rock-climbing spots in the world. Resort staff can help guests arrange climbing excursions.
