This exclusive Bed and Breakfast is located in the Penthouse of one of the private Residences of the Four Seasons Resort Hotel in Chiangmai , North of Thailand . Its accommodation consists of two suites and one more simple bedroom - The Chinese Suite with a study and a large open Sala Balcony . - The Balinese Suite with an identical Sala but no study . - The Burmese Bedroom which has no Sala and is most often used for the children . All have en-suite bath or shower rooms . After having opened an account at the reception of the Four Seasons Hotel our Guests obtain their IDD connection from the Hotel switchboard and the privilege to use all the facilities of the Resort , in particular its renowned Lanna Spa . Three international golf courses are situated within 40 minutes drive from the Resort . Notes The suites are non smoking except on the balconies. Payment for the Bed and Breakfast Charges are Cash only or personal cheques in US Dol . Payment for charges incured in the Four Seasons Hotel can be settled by Credit Cards.

Driving Directions - Lana Thai Villa
Lana-Thai-Villa is situated in one of the private residence Villa 3 , penthouse 7 of the Four Seasons Resort in Maerim 12 miles north of Chiangmai City , or 30 minutes drive from the airport which is situated one mile south-west of the City. We have to arrange transportation for our Guests from the airport to our place otherwise they will not be able to find us . The charge is 650 to 800 Thai Bahts depending on the number of passengers As soon as Guests have received their confirmation of reservation they have to contact us by email at .edu to send us their exact flights Numbers and schedule from their original departure to their arrival in Bangkok and onward flight to Chiangmai We shall respond with a meeting point at the airport or train station and will give them more details on the resort s facilities.

The Room rates cannot be settled by credit card nor by travellers Check, only in Cash Us Dollars, Thai Bahts or Euros at prevailing rates. However the other expenses incured at The Four Seasons Resort as well as the IDD and local calls can be settled by credit cards. TRAVEL AGENTS 10 percent deposit is refundable.
