Distance to Hotel Bellevue Palace is ten kilometres, approximately 15 minutes' drive.
Getting there. White airport buses run to Bern's central railway station, and departure times coincide with flight arrivals. The journey time is around 20 minutes and single tickets cost 14 CHF. Buses run between the airport and the closest train station in Belp. Single tickets cost 3 CHF. From Belp, there are trains to Thun, Interlaken and Bern. Taxis wait outside arrivals and cost about 40 CHF-60 CHF to the city centre. Prices are all subject to change.
Getting around. The hotel is on Kochergrasse in the Old Town in the centre of Bern. Bern city centre is compact and best explored on foot. The city is served by an efficient public transport system of buses and trams. Daily BernCards can be purchased for unlimited travel. Horse-drawn carriages can be found in the city's central square.
