Getting there. Airport buses serve Gothenburg and Borås. Timetables are available at Luftfarsverket Information at the airport. Taxis are available from outside the airport, and often have a fixed rate fare to Gothenburg city and other destinations from the airport. The easiest way to explore Gothenburg is on foot. Alternatively, you can buy a Göteborgskortet (Gothenburg Card). It is available at hotels, newspaper kiosks, and the city's tourist office and entitles you to unlimited travel on the vintage trams, as well as buses, ferryboats and certain sightseeing tours. It also offers either free or discounted admission to the city's major museums and attractions.
Driving directions.From the E6 follow signs for Centrum. Continue towards Centralstation/Östra Nordstan, and pass Nordstan Shopping Centre on the right. Drive straight on in the right-hand lane, pass the Bookmaker, the Hotel Pub Restaurant, and the main entrance is around the corner.
