The Hotel Subur in Sitges, completely renovated in 1997, this simple, white stucco hotel with painted shutters and balcony railings is a good example of early twentieth century seaside architecture. The 95 air conditioned rooms are spread over five storeys and feature a cool, simple décor with laminated floors, plain walls and patterned fabrics.
