Location. The Hotel Cimbel is located in Benidorm, Spain, immediately opposite Levante Beach. The town centre is 150 metres away, and the hotel is three kilometres from Mundomar and Aqualand, an aquarium and water-based theme park.
Hotel Features. A high-rise resort-style property on a palm tree-lined boulevard, the Hotel Cimbel is air-conditioned throughout and has wireless Internet access in the lobby lounge. The swimming pool looks out directly onto the ocean.
A complimentary buffet breakfast is served in Hotel Cimbel's bright and sunny restaurant, and lunch and dinner are also served, with Mediterranean food a speciality. Large windows look out to the ocean, and there is a terrace for outdoor dining. There are weekly gala dinners with live piano music, and the hotel bar offers a pool-side service.

Expert Tip. In addition to the white- knuckle rides which made theme park Terra Mitica so famous, the attraction also hosts 50 live shows a day. Shows explore themes such as Roman gladiators and Egyptian love stories.

Distance to Hotel Cimbel is 55 kilometres, approximately 50 minutes' drive.
Getting there. Buses to Benidorm are available from the airport. There are taxi ranks outside the arrivals hall, and the fare to the city centre is approximately 15-20 EUR. Prices are all subject to change.
Getting around. Benidorm can be explored on foot, and there are buses to major attractions nearby, but a car may be useful.
