Location. The 19th-century Condado hotel is located in the Avinguda Diagonal shopping district of Barcelona, Spain. Hotel Features. Built in 1800, the Condado hotel is a grey stone-fronted building that opened as a hotel in 1952 and was completely renovated in 2006. Glass doors across the broad entrance lead into a light, marble-floored lobby with white walls and dark wood furniture and a split-level lounge area with seating and a computer terminal.
