The Suite Hotel Eden Mar is a modern resort hotel set in lush sub-tropical gardens, 100 metres from the ocean in Funchal on the Portuguese island of Madeira. The hotel features 146 air-conditioned studios with simple cream decor and modern furnishings. All studios have balconies overlooking the gardens or sea, and include kitchenettes with microwaves, cable television, safes, and bathrooms with bathrobes, telephones and hair dryers.
Guests can relax on a sun bed by one of four outdoor freshwater pools, or work up a sweat with a game of tennis or squash. The beautiful east coast is the destination for nature-lovers, two and a half kilometres away. Funchal Airport is approximately 20 kilometres and a 25- minute drive from the hotel. For dining, guests can enjoy the Restaurant Atlantida that features buffet meals for breakfast and dinner. A la carte meals are available for lunch.
