Set back from the street opposite the Lazienki Park, the Hyatt Regency Warsaw hotel is located amid embassies and government buildings, less than five kilometres from the Old Town. The 250 guestrooms, all of which are decorated with a cream, taupe and beige colour scheme, feature original paintings and photos by local contemporary artists, and have views of the surrounding embassies or overlook the glass-roofed lobby. Thoroughly renovated in recent years to its full historic splendour, the showpiece of the huge Lazienki is the Palace Upon the water. Warsaw Frederic Chopin Airport is ten kilometres away, with an approximate driving time of 20 minutes.
