The Royal Mirage Hotel Marrakech is a large hotel with 661 guestrooms spread over four wings. Located outside the ramparts of Marrakech, it enjoys panoramic views of the Atlas Mountains and lies two kilometres from the Koutoubia Mosque. The guestrooms are air-conditioned and benefit from direct-dial phones with voicemail, satellite television and minibars. There is a gift shop for those seeking souvenirs and postcards, while pampering comes in the shape of a hair salon and massage treatment room. Guests may be interested in visiting the Guéliz Shopping Centre, three kilometres from the hotel, while sightseers may prefer to make their way to the historical monuments four kilometres away. The hotel is approximately four kilometres or a 10 minute drive from Marrakech Menara Airport.

There are taxi phones in the arrival and departure lounges and taxis can be caught near the bus stop. It is recommended to agree the price before commencing the journey. A taxi should cost approximately 50 dhs (5 EUR). The smoothest way to travel around Marrakech is in one of the fleet of beige-coloured petits taxis. Local buses and green horse-drawn carriages are also available.
