Le Viennois is a Moroccan Jewish restaurant where guests can sample kosher delicacies. The poolside restaurant Le Rendez Vous features a series of interlinked Moroccan-style huts, and serves sandwiches and salads with evening summer barbecues. The hotel also offers two bars, including the L'Octogonal, a piano bar located in the palatial hotel lobby serving a wide range of drinks. The hotel is attached to the Palais des Congres complex, which includes three auditoriums, the largest accommodating more than 1,500 people.
