Location. The Excelsior Venice Lido Resort is a sprawling waterfront hotel overlooking a private beach on the Lido, just a short boat ride away from San Marco Square. The hotel's 197 guestrooms are spread across seven floors with views over the sea, lagoon and city. Guestrooms are decorated in a Moorish style with drapes and upholstered furnishings in rich colors, and all offer patio areas, air conditioning, satellite television, safes, Internet access, minibars, and large marble bathrooms with telephones and bathrobes.
