Distance to Hotel Romanico Palace is 28 kilometres, approximately 45 minutes' drive.
Getting there. The COTRAL bus runs between arrivals and the Anagnina metro stop (the final stop on line B) every 40 minutes. Single tickets cost 1 EUR. Licensed white taxis cost around 50 EUR (including airport surcharge) to the city centre.
Getting around. Rome's historic city centre is easy to explore on foot, as many attractions are located close together. The city has an efficient public transport system, including trams, buses, suburban trains, and metro (underground). Tickets can be purchased from tobacconists and ATAC ticket machines, and should be bought prior to boarding. Single tickets cost 1 EUR, and are valid for 75 minutes, covering one metro trip and unlimited bus travel. Driving in the city centre is not advised for visitors.
Driving directions. From the Autostrada Fiumincino-Roma in direction Roma/Grande Racordo Anulare.
Take the ringway G.R.A. in direction of Firenze.
Take exit number eight 'Salaria' in direction Centro/Via Veneto.
From Via Veneto, go left in Via Boncampagni.
Follow Via Boncampagni for three blocks until reaching Via Piemonte.
The hotel will be on the left.
