Location. The 19th-century Empire Palace Hotel in Rome, Italy, is on a side street 400 metres from the shops and cafés of Via Veneto and one kilometre from Villa Borghese's museums. The hotel is within two kilometres of the Trevi Fountain and Via Condotti's shops. Termini main station is one kilometre away.
Hotel Features. Set in a neo-Gothic palazzo, this renovated 1870s townhouse is centred around a courtyard with a 1500-year-old Carrara marble fountain. The lobby features marble flooring, vaulted ceiling and African wooden ornaments. Moroccan leather chairs furnish the lounge.
Mediterranean and fish specialities are served in the Empire Palace Hotel's wood-panelled Restaurant Aureliano. Guests can dine inside, beneath Murano glass light fittings, or outside in the courtyard.
