From Naples Capodichino Airport (NAP):
Distance to Hotel des Artistes is three kilometres, approximately 10 minutes' drive.
Getting there. Taxis to the city centre cost approximately 15 EUR to the hotel. The Alibus shuttle leaves every 30 minutes for Piazza Municipio and Naples' central station (Stazione Centrale). Tickets cost 3 EUR. Prices are all subject to change.
Getting around. Naples' integrated metro, bus and tram system is inexpensive and efficient. The summit of the Vomero hill can be reached by funicular railway. There are buses to Sorrento. Hydrofoils and ferries sail to the Amalfi Coast, Sorrento, and the islands of Ischia and Capri from Naples Port (at the bottom of Piazza Municipio). Driving is not recommended in the city centre, but is recommended for exploring further afield.
