Getting there. Taxis to central Milan cost about 65 EUR-75 EUR and can be arranged by the hotel. The Malpensa Express train runs every 30 minutes between the airport's train station and the city centre (Cadorna station). Single tickets are approximately 9 EUR, and journey time is 40 minutes. Cadorna Station connects to the Milan's metro system. The closest metro stop to the hotel is Centrale. The Malpensa shuttle bus runs to Stazione Centrale (central station) every 20 minutes. The fare is 4.50 EUR and journey time is 20 minutes. The station is adjacent to the hotel. Shuttle services to other destinations, including Turin and Genova, are also available. Getting around. The hotel is on Piazza Duca D Aosta. The city centre is easy to explore on foot, and there are pedestrianised areas around the Duomo. A comprehensive network of trams, buses and four metro lines offers efficient travel throughout the city. Integrated tickets for all modes of public transport can be purchased at newsagents, metro stations, tobacconists, and most coffee bars. Driving is not recommended in Milan's city centre.
