Getting there.A transfer service operates between the airport and the hotel (surcharge). Alternatively, a bus runs from the airport to Lecce six times daily until 11.10 PM, with a journey time of approximately 40 minutes. A taxi can be taken from Lecce to Gallipoli, a distance of approximately 35 kilometres (22 miles). The centre of Gallipoli is compact and best explored on foot, while a hire car is useful for seeing the surrounding area.
Driving directions.From the airport take road SS16 to Lecce then road SS101 to Gallipoli.
