Driving Directions - Hotel Roma
A taxi from the airport to the hotel will take about 15 minutes and cost approximately 20 EUR. A hotel shuttle will take about 30 minutes and cost 30 EUR. A half-hourly SITA bus runs from the airport to Santa Maria Novella Station, 200 metres from the hotel. Buses service the city centre; tickets can be bought at tobacconists or vending machines. Tickets are sold on a time basis - one- hour, two-hour or 24-hour tickets. Traffic is restricted in the city centre and parking is expensive, so the centre of Florence is best explored on foot. Taxis wait outside Santa Maria Novella Station.
