From Bologna Airport (BLQ):
Distance to I Portici Hotel Bologna is 6 kilometres, approximately 30 minutes' drive.
Getting there. The hotel recommends taxi transfer straight to the hotel, costing around 25 EUR. Alternatively, Bologna airport is located six kilometres from the central train station. Every 15 minutes, the ATC Aerobus runs to the train station and the city centre. The journey takes 20 minutes and costs 4.50 EUR for a single ticket. The station is 600 metres from the hotel. Getting around. Bologna is mostly pedestrianised and is compact, with many sights within walking distance of each other. An efficient bus system serves the city. Driving is not recommended in the city centre, and it can be difficult to find parking.
Driving directions. From Bologna Airport, follow signs to Bologna Borgo Panigale/ City Centre.
Take Exit 7 (Via Stalingrado) and drive toward the train station.
Follow signs onto Viale Indipendenza, and the hotel is a further 300 metres.
