Location.Set on a hilltop in the Tuscan countryside, the Badia di Pomaio is a boutique hotel housed in a restored 17th-century monastery and located six kilometres from Arezzo. It is 60 kilometres from the picturesque city of Florence. Florence Vespucci Airport is situated 70 kilometres away, and takes approximately an hour to reach by car.

Getting there. The easiest way to reach the hotel from the airport is by taxi or hire car. A car is advisable for exploring the area.
Driving directions. From the airport take the A1 (Milano-Roma) and exit for Arezzo. At the first traffic light follow signs for Perugia, Siena and Sansepolcro. Continue straight over the roundabouts, go over the flyover, turn right and follow signs for Stadio and Centro. Go straight along the main road until the sign for Supermarket PAM. At the roundabout turn left in direction of the PAM Supermarket and go straight over the traffic lights. Turn right at the stop sign and then left at the sign for Pomaio. Stay on the asphalt road for approximately four kilometres. The hotel entrance is on the right.
