A large white hotel built in the 1940s, the Venezia Terme is surrounded by private pine forests and situated in the centre of Abano Terme, renowned for its healing thermal springs and natural drinking water. The 111 air- conditioned guestrooms have Venetian style décor in calming hues, and open out to balconies with views of the surrounding area. Amenities include satellite televisions, direct-dial telephones and minibars.
The hotel has two interconnected thermal swimming pools, indoor and outdoor and equipped with underwater messages, complimentary to all guests. Beside the pools, guests can relax with a drink in the poolside bar or in one of the restful lounges in the hotel. Guests can spend lazy days by the outdoor pool, play ping pong or hire bicycles to explore the surrounding area. For golfers there are three courses within a 10-kilometre radius; the hotel can organise coaching, discounts on green fees and transfer shuttles. The Regional Park of the Euganean Hills, with its microclimate and trekking paths is five kilometres away. Further afield, the romantic waterways and beautiful architecture of Venice are 40 kilometres away. Venice Marco Polo is the nearest airport (50 kilometres), approximately one hour by car, and Padua is the nearest train station, 10 kilometres from the hotel.

Taxis are available outside arrivals at the airport; alternatively a taxi or shuttle bus can be arranged via the hotel. Regular trains run between the airport and connecting stations including Padua, 10 kilometres away.
Driving directions: From the airport take the highway and exit at Udine, Tarviso, Milano and take the tangenziale, Venezia, Padova, Trieste, Bologna. Stay on the A4/E70 and exit at 'Padova est' and follow the Viale Delle Grazie, turn right into Corso Argentia and continue for 2.5 kilometres, follow Corsa John Robert Kennedy for 2 kilometres and turn right into Corso Esperanto, continue for 1 kilometre (0.6 miles) and head for A13, exit at SS47 and follow signs for Abano Terme, once at Abano Terme follow signs for Piazza della Repubblica, from there turn right into Via Valerio Flecco and you arrive at the hotel.
