Taxis are readily available from Arrivals and cost approximately 32 EUR to the hotel. To explore the island, there is an extensive public bus network connecting the main towns and villages; but to reach the more rugged parts, car hire is recommended.
Driving directions: From the airport take the National Road in the direction of Agios Nikolaos. Follow the road to the end and turn left. At the traffic lights turn right and continue to Malia. Drive straight across the traffic light junction and past the taxi rank. Turn left at the next small junction and continue for approximately 300 metres. The hotel is on the left.
