Taxis are readily available from outside arrivals, and a typical fare to Hersonissos is 30 -50 EUR. From Heraklion Airport, head towards Aghios Nikolaos for approximately 25 kilometres, take the right hand turn signposted Hersonissos, and travel to the eastern part of the town for the Royal Belvedere.
