The Athens Hotel Oscar is a modern six-storey hotel situated just 20 metres from Athens' central rail and metro station, Larissa, six kilometres from the Acropolis. The 164 air-conditioned guestrooms are decorated in warm colours and offer high-speed Internet access, pay movies, satellite television and minibars. Please note that no metro/underground service will be available from Athens Eleftherios Venizelos Airport from 14th February 2009 for approximately six months due to the construction of a new line. Guests arriving at the airport can reach central Athens by express buses which can be found outside the arrivals terminal. A taxi terminal can also be found outside arrivals. Please note that the tariff doubles between midnight and 6 a.m. and it is advised to ask your driver for a receipt upon reaching your destination.
