Location. The Moka Hotel is located in the centre of Athens, Greece, 200 metres from Omonia Square. The Acropolis is one kilometre away, while Lycabettus Hill is within two kilometres.
Hotel Features. The Moka Hotel is housed in a modern four-storey property which opens to a bright lobby area with an aquarium, where guests can relax in front of the television or sip drinks at the bar. There is a rooftop garden with bar and water feature. The hotel can arrange guided tours of local sights and aid with car and boat rentals.
Guests of the Moka Hotel can start the day with a complimentary continental breakfast. There is no restaurant at the hotel but plenty to choose from in the surrounding area.
Guestrooms. The 18 air-conditioned guestrooms are simply decorated and have private bathrooms with hair dryers and showers. Rooms include satellite television and direct-dial phones.
Please note that no metro/underground service will be available from Athens Eleftherios Venizelos Airport from 14th February 2009 for approximately six months due to the construction of a new line. Guests arriving at the airport can reach central Athens by express buses which can be found outside the arrivals terminal. A taxi terminal can also be found outside arrivals. Please note that the tariff doubles between midnight and 6 a.m. and it is advised to ask your driver for a receipt upon reaching your destination.
