From Leipzig Airport (LEJ):
Distance to Hotel Zum Abschlepphof is 30 kilometres, approximately 25 minutes' drive.

Getting there.  Every 30 minutes, the Airport Express train runs to Leipzig main station, stopping at the site of the Leipzig trade fair. The journey takes about 15 minutes, and the fare is 3.40 EUR for a 3- zone ticket. From the main station, the number 16 tram runs to Wiederitzsch-Mitte station, 100 metres away from the hotel. Taxis cost around 25 EUR from Terminal B to the hotel. Prices are all subject to change.

Getting around.  Leipzig has an extensive public transportation system (LVB), including buses, light rail trains, and trams. Tickets should be purchased prior to boarding and validated once on board.
