Getting there.Taxis from the airport to Hamburg city centre cost approximately 15 EUR, and journey time is around 30 minutes. Yellow Airport Express buses run every 20 minutes from Terminals One and Four to Hamburg's central station (Hauptbahnhof). Single tickets cost 5 EUR and the journey takes 30 minutes. Use Subway line S11, 21, 31 to reach station Sternschanze which is just 100 metres from the hotel. A private airport shuttle service, Jasper, also runs to the main station. Prices are all subject to change.
Getting around. Hamburg's public transport system (HVV) includes underground trains (U- Bahn), rapid transit trains (S-Bahn), harbour ferries, and buses. Daily tickets entitle the user to unlimited travel on all public transport, including the airport bus (number 110). The centre is easy to explore on foot.
Driving directions.Depart Hamburg airport and at the roundabout take the Exit 2.
