Location. The Arcotel Rubin is located in Hamburg, Germany within three kilometres of Speicherstadt, the historic section of the port, and four kilometres of Reeperbahn Street, where much of Hamburg's night life is found. The train station is located one kilometre from the hotel.

From Hamburg International Airport (HAM):
Distance to Arcotel Rubin is 10 kilometres, approximately 20 minutes' drive.
Getting there. Taxis from the airport to Hamburg city centre cost approximately 20-25 EUR, and journey time is around 30 minutes. Yellow Airport Express buses run every 20 minutes from Terminals 1 and 4 to Hamburg's central station (Hauptbahnhof). Single tickets cost 5 EUR and the journey takes 30 minutes. The number 110 bus runs to Ohlsdorf station (for the U-Bahn and S-Bahn) every 10 minutes. Subway line U1 and rail lines S11 and S1 run from this station. Private shuttle services travel to destinations across Hamburg. Prices are all subject to change.
Getting around. Hamburg's public transport system (HVV) includes underground trains (U- Bahn), rapid transit trains (S-Bahn), harbour ferries, and buses. Daily tickets entitle the user to unlimited travel on all public transport, including the airport bus (number 110). The centre is easy to explore on foot.
