Getting there. The airport has an underground railway station with shuttle trains to the city centre. The S-Bahn station is located on the terminal building's lower level. The fare for a single ticket is around 2 EUR, and the journey time is 20 minutes. Taxis into the city centre cost approximately 20 EUR. An airport coach departs every 30 minutes for the city centre, and the fare is around 15 EUR. Driving directions. From the A17, take the Dresden-Südvorstadt exit for Zentrum (city centre).
Take the E55 for approximately four kilometres.
At the central station continue straight for approximately one kilometre to Georgplatz.
At the traffic lights turn left for Freital/Freiberg.
After 300 metres turn left at the crossroad's traffic lights.
Follow the parking-conducting-system.
Enter "Reitbahnstrasse" and find the public parking facilities.
