Location. Once home to the Refuge Insurance Company, the Palace Hotel is housed in an imposing terracotta grade II-listed building with a distinctive 217-foot tall clock tower. It is located on bustling Oxford Street in central Manchester. The nearest airport is Manchester International (MAN), 10 miles away.
