The staff was efficient, friendly, professional. The room was clean, nicely decorated. The bed was very comfortable which is an important criteria for us. What makes me excited is the location.It is the only hotel on the Bond Street and of course Oxford Circus, Piccadilly Circus are all in minutes of walking distance which makes it very handy for shopping, going out, dinning etc.We enjoyed staying in this hotel very much and would choose it again.
