Getting there. The Norfolk Plaza is located in Norfolk Square, 200 yards east of Paddington Station. Express trains serve both airports into the center of London, for transfers to taxis or the Underground. The closest Underground station is Paddington. Taxis are best hailed from Praed Street, one block north of the hotel.
Getting around. The hotel lies outside the zone where new tolls apply for driving into central London. Though there are nearby parking facilities, traffic is difficult even for the seasoned driver. Taxis or the Underground are recommended.
