Arriving at Heathrow Airport's Terminal 4, go to departures level and take the covered walkway direct to the hotel. Arriving from Terminals, 1, 2 or 3, take the Heathrow Express Train (free between airport terminals) to Terminal 4. Complimentary shuttle bus service is available from and to Terminal 5.
