Hotel Features. The contemporary Apex International Hotel is flanked by historic buildings on the cobbled street Grassmarket. The cream and chocolate brown lobby has leather sofas, polished tile floors and modern art.
Offering panoramic Edinburgh Castle views, Heights restaurant serves modern Scottish and international dishes in minimalist surroundings. The informal Metro split-level brasserie and bar has leather benches and plasma screen television.
