Getting there.Take the RER line B rapid train service to Gare du Nord and take the metro line 5 to Jacques Bonsergent, 300 metres from the hotel. Taxis are available at the airport, and the fare to the hotel is typically 40 EUR. Paris is best explored on foot or using the fast, cheap and reliable Metro (underground) which traverses the city and its suburbs. Buses are a good way to see the city from above ground. Tickets can be bought on board buses or from machines in Metro stations and must be validated upon boarding. The RER regional train service connects the city with the surrounding area.
