Meliá Caribe Tropical provides family-oriented all-inclusive accommodations in Punta Cana, located on the southern coast of the Dominican Republic. Surrounded by relaxing palm trees and gorgeous white sand, the Melia Caribe Tropical provides over 1,000 rooms in 44 bungalows across the property. The resort provides a variety of suites, including one bedroom and golf suites. The hotel's newest deluxe suites feature a spa tub, plasma television and CD player. Other guestroom amenities include ceiling fan, in-room safes (for a fee), direct-dial telephones, Internet access, satellite televisions and minibars. The resort is home to numerous restaurants, bars and cafeterias. Dining options include Mexican, seafood, steaks, Italian, Asian, Japanese, an American grill, and Dominican cuisines.
