Hotel Features. Built in 1904, the Hotel Paris retains its original Art Nouveau exterior. Named after the actress and singer, the Sarah Bernhardt Restaurant has an Art Nouveau interior with blue mosaic wall tiles, original light fittings and gilt stuccowork.
