Hotel Features. Built in 1904, the Hotel Paris retains its original Art Nouveau exterior. An elaborate glass and iron canopy leads into a small lobby with mosaic-tiled floor and gilt-trimmed vaulted ceiling. Named after the actress and singer, the Sarah Bernhardt Restaurant has an Art Nouveau interior with blue mosaic wall tiles, original light fittings and gilt stuccowork.
